Call Us
Illustrative engagement — a composite of how we work, not a named client.
Two streets away, they were finding someone else
A small group of clinics with a good reputation locally, a website that looked fine, and a steady trickle of new patients that did not match the size of the local demand. Ad platforms restrict healthcare targeting heavily, and two previous agencies had had campaigns rejected.

The work
Most of the first month was profile work rather than advertising: primary categories chosen deliberately for each location, services listed individually, real photographs, correct hours including holidays, and consistent name, address and phone number across every listing that mentioned them — including the stale ones with an old address actively working against them. Reviews became part of the job rather than an occasional campaign: a specific moment, a specific person, every time. Recency counts here more than most owners expect.
Then, and only then, paid
With the profiles doing their job, paid search was built to defend high-intent terms rather than to buy reach, and written inside the platforms’ healthcare rules from the start so that nothing needed appealing after the fact.
What we measured
- Map pack presence for the money terms, per location
- Review volume and recency, tracked monthly
- Calls and bookings attributed to profile versus site versus paid
- No-show rate, because a filled pipeline that does not attend is not a result
Local visibility is now half a search problem and half an answer problem — the same clarity that wins the map pack is what gets a business named when someone asks an assistant for a recommendation nearby.
