AI Automation

Your marketing runs all night. Nobody is watching it.

Agents that watch your accounts, your leads and your data continuously, and tell you within hours what a monthly report tells you weeks late. Built once for a fixed price, hosted, and yours.

$600 / day

Why nobody catches it

Three reasons the gap exists, and none of them are laziness.

Every business we have looked at has the same three holes. They are structural, which is why hiring harder does not close them.

A report is a rear-view mirror

It tells you accurately what happened to a month that is already over. Every decision it enables is a decision you could have made three weeks earlier, when it would still have changed the number.

Watching is nobody’s actual job

It is the first thing dropped in a busy week, because nothing bad visibly happens when you skip it. The cost of not looking only appears later, and by then it looks like a bad month rather than a missed morning.

A dashboard never calls you

Dashboards wait to be opened. They are honest and they are useless at 2am on a Saturday, which is exactly when a budget rule misfires or an integration quietly stops writing.

What this actually is

An agent is three parts. That is the entire mystery.

“AI automation” is sold vaguely often enough that scepticism is the correct starting position. So here is the whole mechanism, before any price is mentioned.

That is the whole thing. It is not a chatbot, it has no opinion of its own, and it has no authority over your money.

The three builds

Three agents. Pick the gap you actually have.

Each one is a fixed-price build, quoted in full before work starts. Follow the wiring left to right — what it reads, what it does with it, and what reaches you.

What it reads
What it does, on a schedule
What reaches you

The honest boundary

It does not replace anyone. Here is exactly where the line sits.

The question under every automation enquiry is whether this is the beginning of replacing a team. It is not, and the reason is structural: the machine is good at the parts that are repetitive and unbounded in time, and useless at the parts that need judgement about your business. Click any row.

Pricing

A diagnostic, a build, and a plan that keeps it alive.

Automation is bought as software and paid for as software: once to build, then a small amount to keep it working. The diagnostic exists so nobody buys the wrong build.

Start here

$500
one-time diagnostic

We map how work actually moves through your marketing, find the three automations with the highest return, and hand you a build plan with fixed quotes. Useful on its own, and yours whether or not you build anything with us.

Keep it running

$350
per month, all your agents

Software that talks to six other platforms breaks when any of them changes. This is the plan that fixes it before you notice.

The builds

Reporting Agent

$1,500
one-time build

Connects up to two data sources, sends a daily performance digest, and alerts you the moment a metric crosses a threshold you set.

Lead Engine

$2,500
one-time build

Captures leads from every form and lead ad, scores and routes them, syncs to your CRM, and fires the first follow-up automatically.

Performance Guardian

$4,500
one-time build

Watches every advertising account daily, separates a spend spike from a conversion drop from a tracking failure, and ranks what to do.

All prices in USD. Builds are invoiced 50% to start and 50% on delivery. The Care Plan is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice, and an agent keeps running if you stop it — you simply take over hosting and maintenance yourself, with the documentation we hand over.

Why AdvanSEM

Four commitments, because this is the easiest service to oversell.

Nothing on this page needs you to trust a black box. These are the guardrails that make that true.

Read-only unless you ask otherwise

An agent watches and reports. It does not move budget, pause campaigns or change targeting. Where write access is genuinely needed — writing a lead into your CRM — it is scoped to that one action and written down.

You get the logic, not just the output

Every rule, threshold and integration is documented in plain language and belongs to you. If we stop working together, another developer can read it and keep it running.

Fixed quotes, before anything is built

The diagnostic exists so the build is scoped before it is priced. We do not start an automation on an hourly rate and discover the cost together.

We will tell you when not to automate

Some workflows are too unstable, too rare or too cheap to be worth building around. Automating a bad process only makes it happen faster.

The ecosystem

What gets faster once something is watching.

Automation is not a channel. It is the layer that makes the other channels react in hours instead of at the end of the month.

Media Buying

The Performance Guardian watches the accounts your media buying runs in. A spend anomaly caught on the morning it happens is a different conversation from one found in a monthly report.

CRO & Analytics

The conversion work depends on tracking that is actually firing. An agent that notices the pixel stopped is the difference between a test you can read and a month you have to discard.

Lifecycle & Retention

The Lead Engine hands a new lead straight into the journeys that lifecycle marketing builds, in seconds, with the source attached rather than lost.

Terms, in plain language

What you keep, and what happens if we stop.

Custom software built by an agency is the classic way to end up dependent on that agency. These are the terms that prevent it.

Questions

The sceptical questions, answered first.

How much does AI marketing automation cost?

Start with the Automation Diagnostic at $500 one-time, which maps your workflows and returns fixed quotes. The builds are one-time: Reporting Agent $1,500, Lead Engine $2,500, Performance Guardian $4,500. Keeping them alive is the Care Plan at $350 a month, which covers every agent you have rather than charging per agent.

No, and the reason is structural rather than reassuring. Agents are good at work that is repetitive and unbounded in time — checking every morning, comparing two systems, never getting bored. They are useless at deciding whether a spike was intended, choosing what to change, or writing something a customer will actually read. What usually changes is that the monthly meeting becomes a decision instead of a recap.

No. Agents are read-only by default: they watch and they report. Where write access is genuinely required — creating a lead record in your CRM, for example — it is scoped to that single action and documented before it is built. Nothing has authority over your budget.

No. A chatbot talks to your customers. These agents talk to you, about your own systems. The mechanism is three parts: a read-only connection to something you already run, a rule you wrote with a threshold in it, and a message where you already look. There is no conversation with a customer anywhere in it.

Anything with a proper API — Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, GA4, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business Platform and most email platforms. The diagnostic confirms your specific stack before anything is quoted, so you never pay to discover an integration is impossible.

The integration breaks, usually silently, and that is exactly what the Care Plan is for. Fixing platform changes is included — it is the main reason the plan exists. Without it, an agent built today has a real chance of quietly failing within a year and nobody noticing, which would be an unpleasant kind of irony.

Usually not. Some connections need someone with admin rights on a platform to approve access, which is an approval rather than work. If your stack needs anything more, you will hear it at the diagnostic stage, with the cost attached.

The Reporting Agent is typically one to two weeks. The Lead Engine two to three, because routing rules and CRM mapping need a round of testing against real submissions. The Performance Guardian three to four, since it has to learn what normal looks like in each account before its alerts are worth reading.

Your agents keep running. You take over hosting and maintenance using the documentation handed over at delivery. Nothing is remotely disabled, and nothing is held back to make cancelling difficult.

Platform automations only see the platform they live in, which means they cannot tell you that conversions stopped being recorded, or that leads are arriving and nobody is calling them. Almost every failure worth catching happens in the gap between two systems, and only something reading both of them can see it.
