Every other channel rents your audience. This one owns it
Email, WhatsApp and SMS journeys that turn a first purchase into a second one, sent automatically to the people who already bought from you.
- The list stays in your name, exportable any day
- Five journeys built once, then running on their own
- WhatsApp on the official Business Platform, with opt-in handled properly
Three common objections, answered
Retention is the highest-margin marketing most businesses own and the least likely to get built.
“Email is spam and nobody reads it”
Broadcast email to a bought list is spam. A message triggered by something the person just did, like abandoning a cart, buying last week or going quiet for four months, is a different thing entirely.
“Our list is too small to bother”
A small list is the best case for flows rather than campaigns. Flows need no volume, just the right message when one person is deciding, and they work at any size while you grow into campaigns.
“We tried it and it did nothing”
Usually true, and usually one of three causes: nothing was triggered by behaviour, the domain was never authenticated so it never arrived, or somebody sent four campaigns and stopped. All three are fixable, and none is about email as a channel.
Built once. Then they run whether anyone remembers or not
A campaign is something you send. A journey is triggered by what a customer just did, so it keeps earning when nobody has time to write a newsletter. Pick one to read the sequence.
Most “email does not work for us” is a DNS problem
A mailbox runs three checks before it trusts you. Miss one, and your best message loses to a mediocre one from a domain that did the paperwork.
Switch any of the three off.
The channel is chosen by the moment, not by preference
The wrong channel makes a good message feel like an intrusion, and that costs you the permission you paid to earn. Click any moment for the reasoning.
Set up once, then it runs itself
After setup, the only choice is how much sending you want.
Authenticate, then build
Pick one monthly option
Add a channel only if it earns it
What each piece costs
Each item is priced on its own, with nothing bundled.
Email Flow Setup

Five core journeys built end to end, with your domain authenticated properly so they actually arrive. This is the asset; the rest is optional.
- Welcome, cart or lead nurture, post-purchase, win-back and VIP
- Platform configuration and designed templates
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and verified against real inbox tests
- Yours to keep running with or without us
Lifecycle Management
Campaigns plus steady work on the flows
Two designed campaigns a month plus continuous work on the flows, where most of the compounding happens.
- 2 designed email campaigns per month
- Continuous flow optimisation
- Subject-line A/B testing
- Deliverability monitoring and list hygiene
- Monthly revenue-attribution report
Email Campaign Pack
Expert sending when the flows already exist
Four written and designed campaigns or newsletters a month, on your platform. The right fit when you have the flows and just need expert execution.
- 4 campaigns or newsletters per month
- Written and designed
- Sent on your platform, in your account
- No flow work included
WhatsApp Add-on
Broadcasts and sequences on the official platform
Broadcasts and automated sequences on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, with opt-in handled the way the platform requires.
- Official WhatsApp Business Platform
- Opt-in management and template approval
- Broadcast campaigns and automated sequences
- Monthly performance report
SMS Add-on
Texts for the moments that justify one
SMS journeys integrated with your email flows, for the few moments that justify a text message.
- SMS journeys and campaigns
- Integrated with the email flows
- Used sparingly, on purpose
- Carrier fees billed to your own account
All prices in USD and exclusive of your email, WhatsApp or SMS platform fees, which stay on your own billing so the list is never hostage to this relationship. Monthly services are invoiced in advance with a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
Earn from the audience you own, not the one you rent
Four commitments about a channel that is easy to abuse
The fastest way to make money from a list is to send too much to it. That works for about a quarter, and then the asset is gone.
The list is yours, on your billing
Your email, WhatsApp and SMS platforms are opened in your name with your card. You can export every contact today and take them anywhere. Nothing here depends on us staying.
We protect the list from you as well as for you
If sending more will damage engagement, we will say so and send less. Revenue from over-sending is borrowed from next year, and a tired list recovers slowly.
Authentication before campaigns
Nothing meaningful gets sent until SPF, DKIM and DMARC pass and we have tested delivery into real mailboxes. Sending first and diagnosing later wastes the goodwill of your best contacts.
Revenue attribution, including the boring truth
The monthly report separates revenue the flows actually caused from revenue that would have happened anyway. Lifecycle reporting is unusually easy to flatter, which is exactly why it should not be.
Consent, ownership, and what happens if we stop
The legal questions here are real ones, so here are the answers.
- The list is yours and always was. Platforms are opened in your name on your billing, and you can export every contact any day without asking us.
- We will not send to a list you bought. Purchased and scraped lists damage the domain reputation everything else here depends on, and that takes months to undo.
- Opt-in is collected properly, or WhatsApp is not built. The official Business Platform requires it, and a shortcut here risks the number your customers actually reply to.
- Unsubscribing is easy on purpose. One click, honoured immediately. A difficult exit turns an uninterested contact into a spam complaint, which hurts delivery to everyone else.
- Flows keep running if you leave. They live in your platform, in your account, documented. Nothing is switched off and nothing needs to be rebuilt.
- Authentication comes before campaigns. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up and verified against real inbox tests before anything is sent at volume.
- Revenue attribution includes the boring truth. Reporting separates revenue the flows actually caused from revenue that would have arrived anyway.
What people ask about email and WhatsApp
How much does lifecycle marketing cost?
The Email Flow Setup is $1,500 one-time and builds five automated journeys end to end, including deliverability. Ongoing, Lifecycle Management is $800 a month for two designed campaigns plus continuous flow optimisation and reporting. If you only need campaigns sent, the Email Campaign Pack is $450 a month. WhatsApp is $400 setup plus $200 a month, and SMS is $150 a month. Platform fees stay on your own billing.
Our list is small. Is this worth doing yet?
Yes. A welcome sequence and a cart recovery work the same at 400 contacts and at 40,000. What a small list cannot yet justify is a heavy campaign schedule, which is why the setup and the sending are priced separately.
We tried email before and it did nothing. Why would this be different?
The audit at the start of the setup finds which of the three usual causes it was: no behavioural triggers, an unauthenticated domain, or four campaigns and then silence. None of them is an argument against the channel.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and do we really need them?
They are DNS records that say which servers may send as you, sign each message, and tell a mailbox what to do if a check fails. Google and Yahoo now require authentication from bulk senders, so yes. Setup and inbox testing are included in the $1,500 setup.
Is WhatsApp marketing allowed?
Yes, on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, with opt-in collected properly and message templates approved in advance. If consent has not been collected, we build the consent capture first.
How long before this makes money?
The flows start earning as soon as they are live, because they are triggered by things people are already doing — abandoning carts, buying, going quiet. What takes a quarter or so is the optimisation: knowing which message in a sequence is doing the work, and which one you can delete.
How do you report on what this earned?
A monthly revenue-attribution report that states its attribution window and its assumptions, so a post-purchase email does not take credit for a repeat order that was always coming.
Can you work with our existing platform?
Yes. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend, HubSpot, the built-in tools in most store platforms, and the official WhatsApp Business Platform. If your current platform cannot do what the plan needs, we will say so, with what moving would cost.

What this does for everything upstream
Retention changes what you can afford to pay for a customer, which changes what every acquisition channel is allowed to do.
Media Buying
If a customer reliably buys again, you can pay more to acquire them than a competitor who only counts the first order. That is why retention decides who wins an auction.
AI Automation
The Lead Engine drops a new lead into these journeys within seconds, with source and campaign attached. Speed of first contact is the part of lead handling that most often slips, and automation fixes it.
CRO & Analytics
Revenue attribution only works if the tracking underneath it is honest. The conversion work is what lets a lifecycle report separate the purchases the flows caused from the ones that would have happened anyway.
