You already paid for this traffic
Other channels bring more traffic. This one gets more out of the traffic you already have: we fix what your analytics measures, then run two experiments a month on the pages it lands on.
- Every test, readout and tracking fix stays documented and yours
- We report losing tests as plainly as winning ones
- 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice
Three reasons nobody fixes this
Conversion work is often the highest-return work left undone, and it gets skipped for the same three reasons.
Buying traffic feels like progress
More spend brings more sessions, and sessions look like momentum on a chart. Fixing the page brings no new visitors; it makes every visitor you already paid for worth more, which is harder to feel and much cheaper to do.
Decisions get made by opinion
The headline changes because someone senior disliked it. Nothing records what came before or measures what happened after, so six months later nobody knows if it helped.
Tracking quietly started missing things
Cookie limits, ad blockers, consent choices and changing devices all affect tracking, and none of them sends an alert. Tracking needs a scheduled check, like anything else the business relies on.
Tracking needs a regular check
Browsers, phones and privacy settings keep changing underneath every website. The useful question is when your tracking was last checked, and what was fixed.
Tap each one to see the cause and the fix:
Browsers, phones and privacy settings change underneath every website. Each of these has a standard fix, and we set it up and test it before budgets scale.
These are the five standard checks. The audit tests each one on your own site, fixes what needs it, and shows you the result.
Move the measurement off the browser
Server-side tracking records the conversion on your own server and passes it on, instead of relying on a browser script that is increasingly restricted. It is the difference between asking a stranger to remember something and writing it down yourself.
$600 per platform, one-time, with before-and-after verification so you can see exactly how much the old setup was losing.
Most reported wins are noise
Any test can find a number that went up. The discipline is deciding before it starts what counts as an answer, then reporting it plainly when the answer is no. Three readouts, all with a similar-looking uplift.
The order is the key
The audit comes first because it decides whether you need the other two at all.
Audit the funnel
Fix the measurement, if it needs it
Run the programme
What each one costs
No tiers. Each item is priced on its own.
CRO & Tracking Audit
Where the funnel leaks, and a 90-day plan
A full read of where the funnel leaks and whether your numbers can be trusted. The ranked test list and 90-day roadmap are yours to act on, whether we run the programme or your team does.
- Full-funnel drop-off analysis
- Heatmap and session-recording review
- Tracking integrity check against real records
- 12+ prioritised test ideas, ranked by expected impact
- A 90-day testing roadmap
CRO Programme
Two experiments a month, reported either way
The ongoing work. Two structured experiments a month, run to a threshold agreed in advance and reported honestly either way.
- 2 structured experiments per month
- 2 landing-page iterations per month
- A statistical readout on every test
- Monthly insights report with next steps
- Losing tests documented, not buried
Server-side Tracking
Accurate data when the browser loses it
Server-side conversion tracking, when the audit shows the browser is losing your data. Priced per platform because each one is its own build.
- Server-side implementation
- Event mapping and validation
- Before-and-after accuracy verification
- Documented so your team can maintain it
All prices in USD. The programme is invoiced monthly in advance with a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Three months is the shortest honest term for testing — two experiments a month means six results, which is the smallest number that tells you anything about a funnel.
Find the leak before another month of traffic pays for it
Four commitments that make the numbers worth reading
Conversion work is unusually easy to fake, because the person reporting the result also chooses when to stop the test. These are the guardrails.
The threshold is agreed before the test runs
Sample size and confidence level are set at the start and written down. Nobody gets to stop a test early because the number looked good on a Tuesday.
Losing tests get reported
Roughly two thirds of well-designed tests do not win. That is normal, and a report showing only wins is a report that has been edited. You get all of them, with what we learned.
We check the data before trusting it
The first thing we do is audit your tracking end to end and fix what it misses. Optimising on broken tracking is worse than not optimising at all.
Everything is documented and yours
Every hypothesis, variant, readout and tracking change is written down and belongs to you. If we stop, your next team inherits a record instead of a mystery.
What you keep, and what you are committing to
The questions worth asking, answered before you sign.
- You own the record of every test and tracking change, during the engagement and after it.
- No test is stopped early to make a report look better. We hold to the threshold set before it starts.
- Your testing and analytics tools stay on your billing, in your name, so the data history stays yours.
- 3-month minimum on the programme, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Six results is the smallest number that says anything about a funnel.
- We will tell you when testing is the wrong tool. Below a certain traffic level a test cannot reach significance.
- We check the data before trusting it. Tracking is audited and fixed before any result is reported.
What people ask about testing and tracking
How much does CRO cost?
Three things, priced separately. The CRO & Tracking Audit is $950 one-time. The ongoing CRO Programme is $1,200 a month for two structured experiments, two landing-page iterations and a statistical readout on every test. Server-side tracking, if the audit shows you need it, is $600 per platform as a one-time build.
How much traffic do we need for this to work?
Enough to reach statistical significance in a sensible window. As a rough guide, a page needs a few thousand visitors and a reasonable number of conversions a month before A/B testing can answer anything. Below that we focus on the audit, tracking accuracy and evidence-led redesign instead of split testing, and tell you which situation you are in before you commit.
What if the tests do not win?
Many will not, and that is normal. You still gain from each one, because it removes a wrong assumption and narrows where the real problem is.
Why do we need to fix tracking first? Ours was set up properly
It probably was, and it has decayed since. Browser cookie limits, ad and tracker blocking, declined consent and cross-device journeys all subtract from what your analytics can see, and none of them announce themselves. The audit measures how much is missing and fixes it, so decisions rest on complete data.
What is server-side tracking, in plain terms?
Your own server records the conversion and passes it on, instead of a browser script that can be blocked, expired or stripped. It is $600 per platform, and only worth doing where the audit shows the losses justify it.
Who decides what gets tested?
The audit produces a ranked list of test ideas scored by expected impact against effort, and you approve the order. Anyone on your side can propose a test at any time.
Will you change our site without asking?
No. Experiments run as variants shown to a share of traffic, and nothing becomes the permanent version until it has beaten the control and you have approved it. Tracking changes are agreed and documented before implementation.
Do we need a developer on our side?
Usually not for testing itself. Server-side tracking sometimes needs access to your hosting or tag manager, and for a small number of platforms it is easier if your developer is in the room for an hour. We flag it at the audit stage, not halfway through.
What is the minimum commitment?
The audit is a one-off with no commitment attached. Only the programme carries the 3-month minimum.
How is this different from a designer redesigning our page?
A redesign changes everything at once, so if the numbers move you cannot say why, and if they fall you cannot undo the part that hurt. Testing changes one thing at a time against a measured control, so you end up with a page you can explain.

What this makes cheaper
Conversion work is the multiplier: every channel that sends traffic improves the moment its landing page converts more of it.
Media Buying
A lift in conversion rate lowers your cost per acquisition on every campaign, immediately. The cheapest way to make paid media affordable is usually not in the ad account.
SEO & AI Visibility
Search takes a quarter to compound, then delivers into the same pages. The work here decides whether that traffic becomes enquiries.
Website Development
Sometimes the template itself is the problem and testing cannot fix it. Then the answer is a rebuild, not another experiment.
