AI Automation

Your marketing runs all night. Nobody is watching it

Agents that watch your accounts, leads and data around the clock, and flag within hours what a monthly report shows weeks later.

One morning, before you opened a laptop

Why nobody catches it

The gap stays open for structural reasons

None is a people problem, so hiring harder does not close it.

A report is a rear-view mirror

It tells you accurately about a month that is already over. Every decision it prompts could have been made three weeks earlier, when it would still have changed the number.

Watching is nobody’s actual job

It is the first thing dropped in a busy week, because skipping it shows no visible harm. The cost appears later, as a bad month rather than a missed morning.

A dashboard never calls you

Dashboards wait to be opened. They are no help at 2am on a Saturday, exactly when a budget rule misfires or an integration quietly stops writing.

What this actually is

An agent is three parts, and that is the whole of it

“AI automation” is often sold vaguely, so here is the whole mechanism before any price.

It is not a chatbot, it has no opinion of its own, and it has no authority over your money.

The three builds

Three agents. Pick the gap you actually have

Follow the wiring left to right: what each agent reads, what it does with it, and what reaches you.

What it reads
What it does, on a schedule
What reaches you

The honest boundary

It does not replace anyone. Here is exactly where the line sits

It does not replace a team: the machine is good at work that is repetitive and never stops, and useless at work that needs judgement about your business. Click any row.

How it works

Three steps. Stop after any of them

Once to build, then a small amount to keep it working. It begins with a strategy session at $95, credited to your first invoice.

01

Start with the diagnostic

$500, one-time. We map how work moves through your marketing and hand back fixed quotes for the three highest-return automations, yours to keep whether you build with us or not.
02

Build what you picked

Choose one of the quotes, several, or none. Each agent has a fixed, one-time build price (the Reporting Agent is $1,500), and nothing is built before you approve the number.
03

Keep it running

Hosting, monitoring, uptime, and fixes when a platform changes its API. $350 a month covers every agent you have.

All prices in USD. Builds are paid in advance, then delivered. The Care Plan is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice, and an agent keeps running if you stop it — you simply take over hosting and maintenance yourself, with the documentation we hand over.

Pricing

Agents to build

The three builds the diagnostic prices for you, and what each one includes.

Reporting Agent

$1,500
one-time build

Your numbers in your inbox every morning

Connects up to two data sources, sends a daily performance digest, and alerts you the moment a metric crosses a threshold you set.

Lead Engine

$2,500
one-time build

Every lead captured, scored and followed up

Captures leads from every form and lead ad, scores and routes them, syncs to your CRM, and fires the first follow-up automatically.

Performance Guardian

$4,500
one-time build

Every ad account watched, every day

Watches every advertising account daily, separates a spend spike from a conversion drop from a tracking failure, and ranks what to do.

Hand the repetitive work to an agent, and keep your team on the decisions

Why AdvanSEM

Four commitments, because this is the easiest service to oversell

Nothing here asks you to trust a black box. These guardrails make sure of it.

Read-only unless you ask otherwise

An agent watches and reports. It does not move budget, pause campaigns or change targeting. Any write access, such as adding a lead to your CRM, is limited to that one action and documented.

You get the logic, not just the output

Every rule, threshold and integration is documented in plain language and belongs to you. If we stop working together, another developer can read it and keep it running.

Fixed quotes, before anything is built

The diagnostic scopes the build before it is priced, so there is no hourly rate and no cost discovered along the way.

We will tell you when not to automate

Some workflows are too unstable, too rare or too cheap to be worth building around. Automating a bad process only makes it happen faster.

Terms, in plain language

What you own, what it can touch, and what happens if we stop

Custom software from an agency often leaves you dependent on that agency. These terms prevent it.

Questions

What people ask about AI automation

How much does AI marketing automation cost?

The strategy session is $95, credited in full to your first invoice. The Automation Diagnostic is $500 one-time and returns fixed quotes that are yours to keep. Builds are one-time: Reporting Agent $1,500, Lead Engine $2,500, Performance Guardian $4,500. The Care Plan is $350 a month for every agent you have.

No. A chatbot holds open-ended conversations with customers. These agents work on your own systems: they watch your data, alert your team and, where you allow it, send the first reply your team wrote.

Anything with a proper API — Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, GA4, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business Platform and most email platforms. The diagnostic confirms your specific stack before anything is quoted, so you never pay to discover an integration is impossible.

The integration breaks, usually silently. Fixing platform changes is included in the Care Plan and is the main reason it exists. Without it, an agent built today could quietly fail within a year without anyone noticing.

Usually not. Some connections need someone with admin rights on a platform to approve access, which is an approval rather than work. If your stack needs anything more, you will hear it at the diagnostic stage, with the cost attached.

The Reporting Agent is typically one to two weeks. The Lead Engine two to three, because routing rules and CRM mapping need a round of testing against real submissions. The Performance Guardian three to four, since it has to learn what normal looks like in each account before its alerts are worth reading.

Platform automations only see their own platform, so they cannot tell you that conversions stopped being recorded, or that leads are arriving and nobody is calling them. Almost every failure worth catching happens in the gap between two systems, and only something reading both of them can see it.

What we go through
We review what goes unwatched, where your data lives, and what would warn you in time.
What you leave with
Whether an agent is worth it yet, which one to build first, and what a simple alert could do instead.

    The ecosystem

What gets faster once something is watching

Automation is not a channel. It is the layer that makes the other channels react in hours instead of at the end of the month.

    Media Buying

The Performance Guardian watches the accounts your media buying runs in, so a spend anomaly is caught that morning, not in a monthly report.

    CRO & Analytics

Conversion work depends on tracking that is actually firing. Catching a stopped pixel early is the difference between a test you can read and a month you have to discard.

    Lifecycle & Retention

The Lead Engine hands a new lead straight into the journeys that lifecycle marketing builds, in seconds, with the source attached rather than lost.
