QR codes with your logo, your colours and a scan check
Make a code for a link, Wi-Fi, email, phone or SMS. Add your logo, colours and a frame that tells people what to do, then download a print-ready PNG or SVG. The code points straight to your content, so it never expires.

Choose the content
A link, plain text, Wi-Fi login, email, phone call or SMS. For links, switch on scan tracking to see QR visits in GA4.
Make it yours
Pick colours, dot and corner shapes, add your logo or an icon, and a caption like “Scan for the menu”.
Check and download
The tool reads the code back to confirm it scans, then gives you a PNG up to 4096 px or an SVG for print.
Print rules for codes that scan first time
Most failed scans come from print, not from the code. Check these before you send the file.
- Keep the code at least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide. A rough guide: scanning distance divided by 10.
- Keep dark dots on a light background with strong contrast. Light-on-dark codes fail on many phones.
- Leave the white border around the code clear of text and graphics.
- Keep a logo under a quarter of the code’s width. The tool raises error correction automatically when you add one.
- Use the SVG for print so it stays sharp at any size, and test a printed proof with two phones.

What people ask about QR codes
Do these QR codes expire?
No. The link or details are written into the code itself, with no redirect service in between, so it keeps working as long as the page it points to exists.
Can I change the link after printing?
Not inside the code, because it holds the address itself. If you may need to change it, point the code to a page on your own site and update or redirect that page later.
How do I track QR scans?
Switch on “Track scans in GA4” for a link. The tool adds UTM tags with utm_medium=qr, so visits from the code show up separately. GA4 has no default QR channel, so add a custom channel where the medium is qr to report them on their own.
Will a logo stop the code from scanning?
Not when it’s kept small. QR codes repeat their data, so part can be covered. The tool switches to the highest error correction when you add a logo and warns you when it gets too big.
Which file should I download?
SVG for print, packaging and signs, because it scales without blurring. PNG for screens, social posts and documents.
Is my logo uploaded anywhere?
No. Your browser reads the file and draws the code on your device. Nothing is sent to us.
