A travel agency sells all-inclusive beach-resort packages with coach transfers, early-booking prices and instalments. Demand was never the problem: people wanted the trips. The problem was what happened after someone asked.
The situation
Enquiries everywhere, follow-up nowhere
Requests arrived in comments, messages and calls, with dates, group sizes and budgets scattered across all of them. Nobody could say which enquiries had been answered, and families who were ready to book waited too long for a reply.
What we did
A booking pipeline the team could actually run
-
One form for every trip
Ads and posts pointed people to a single form that asked the questions the sales team needed first: the trip and the number of people.
-
One sheet for every enquiry
Responses landed in a shared sheet with a status column, so every request had an owner and a next step: called, sent on WhatsApp, booked.
-
Public dates before the call
Departure dates were published in advance, so callers already knew which trip they wanted and the conversation started at the booking, not the brochure.
-
Content that answered the questions
A calendar of destination, package and instalment posts aimed at the families and groups who book resort trips together.
The pipeline
What made the difference
Travel sells on speed. The moment a family asks about dates is the moment they are most ready to book. A simple pipeline that nobody could lose track of was worth more than another campaign.
